Harris was picked after an arduous process, with numerous interviews and a deep examination. The selection of Harris was historic, as she becomes the first Black woman and first Asian American to join a major party ticket, and at the same time conventional. Women, especially women of color, remain underrepresented in government.
Trump indicated he may not hold any more campaign rallies, as he said he doesn’t want to have them with empty seats.
