Initially, 66 new cases were announced Monday. They included 45 Japanese nationals, four Australians, one Briton, one Canadian, three Filipinos, one Ukrainian and the 11 Americans, Princess Cruises said. Japan’s Health Ministry later revised the total down to 65 without giving a breakdown by nationality.
